March 2018 - Progress Report

With about 100 million persons suffering acutely from wars and with war-makers outspending the peace-makers by perhaps 1000 to 1, it’s hard to be optimistic about the prospects for peace. Yet we are doing and learning and will eventually reduce political violence more significantly.
